Pub of the Year
Presentations & AGM
|
A series of events occurred in April 2011 starting
with the AGM on Thursday 14th. This was held at the Craven Arms in
Brockhampton which recorded another successful year for the Branch and
reselection of officers. The main change was Michael Herbert being elected as
the new Young Members Officer and new committee member Tony Sharp supporting
events at Moreton and assisting with GBG selection. |

The same evening the Runner Up POTY certificate was
also presented to the Craven team Sam, Bob and Barbara Price for another
excellent performance and they remain determined to get the top award. |

|
POTY was again the Ebrington Arms and the
certificate was presented to Jim and Claire Alexander by Branch Chairman
Roger Price on the 21st April when many locals turned up to show
the extent of appreciation for the three times winner. We wish them well in
the current competition for the Regional SW winner. |

Our committee turned up in coordinated new Polo
shirts with the Mousetrap Inn logo well presented on this years colour black.
These shirts are for the bar staff at both beer festivals. |
