Pan fried Duck Breast with Celeriac mash, roasted shallots and a wild mushroom sauce

Herb Crusted Sea Bass served on a bed of stir fried vegetables and hoi sin sauce

Pan fried salmon with crushed new potatoes and a medley of peas with a lemon dressing

Goats Cheese Wellington with buttered new potatoes and green beans
