Perry is a good solid vintage pear that always produces a medium sweet
balanced flavoured Perry. There is the fruity start and the slightly tannic
finish to the sip of this drink giving that full palate flavour. Made from
pears grown in Brockworth then pressed and fermented in Stanway. |

the vintage bitter sweets of Dabinett and Michelin then balanced with apples
from gardens in Longhope. It`s medium tannins and tangy flavour are a result
of the vntage fruit blending with the more acidic garden desert fruit. |

stored in a Spey side` oak whiskey cask giving the naturally soft tannins in

Farm. Alex the cider maker has been guided by his Grandfather who owns the
