Trip to Avalon for Helpers of the 3rd Moreton Beer Festival. Saturday 29th January 2011.

North Cotswold Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale

Presentation of the Beer of the Festival to Isle of Avalon for ‘Sunrise’

On Saturday 29th January 2011 a party of 20 helpers who assisted at the North Cotswold Moreton Beer Festival, held in September 2010, travelled by coach to Somerset for a day out to present this award. The framed certificate was presented to the Brewer and owner Arthur Frampton by Martyn Herbert the North Cotswold Beer Festival Director. Since the brewer are contracting capacity currently it was decided to present the award at the Ring of Bells Ashcott which is a regular GBG entry and is effectively the Isle of Avalon tap with three of their beers generally available.
