.   Our 17th Moreton Beer Festival took place on 13th to 14th September 2024. Attendees enjoyed dry and sunny weather, but with a slight chill in the air. The winning beer was Tiny Rebel’s California Love, at 5%. Please click on photo right for a full report.

Gold comes to Winchcombe

   Congratulations to Marcus and the team at Goffs Brewery for winning gold at the international brewing and cider awards. The winning beer in Class 3 for Cask Ale 4.4% – 4.8% ABV was Cheltenham Gold an American hopped golden ale.

      The Inn at Foseebridge has won our Branch Pub of the Year award for 2024.

          Congratulations to the Bell Inn, Moreton in Marsh, on winning our Branch Pub of the Year award 2023, recently. The Joint runners up were the Bakers Arms at Broad Campden, Eight Bells at Chipping Campden, and the Inn at Fossebridge

 

  The Craven Arms, Brockhampton, is presently closed. A planning application to convert it to housing, was refused by Cotswold District Council on 19th January 2023.The Craven won our POTY in 2019, as seen right. Any further updates will be notified here.
